Liverpool have signed the Schalke defender Ozan Kabak on loan until the end of the season. The Turkish international, 20, moves to Anfield until the end of current campaign, with the Reds also negotiating an option to buy him in the summer.
Kabak is seen as one of the most highly-rated young defenders in Germany, and he has already picked up seven caps for his senior national team.
After breaking through at Galatasaray in 2018 he moved to Stuttgart less than a year later, and then after only six months in Germany he was snapped up by Schalke after they exploited a release clause in his contract.
