Liverpool have seemingly poured cold water on Bayern Munich's attempts to sign Mohamed Salah in the summer transfer window. Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge recently launched a charm offensive when he referred to the striker as the "Lionel Messi of Africa".
Rummenigge appeared to make very clear Bayern's plans to snap up the forward, but Liverpool are not willing to play ball. "It would be an honour to have him," Rummenigge said. "Salah is the Messi of Africa and has the skills to play for the best teams in the world. "What he has achieved can be compared to what Messi and Ronaldo did with Barca and Real." According to The Sun, Liverpool have let Bayern Munich know that Salah is not for sale and that he will remain at Anfield.
