Liverpool have reportedly opened talks over a move for Ozan Kabak. According to Bild, Turkish centre-back Kabak has been identified as an ideal replacement for Dejan Lovren as the summer transfer window opens.
Lovren is expected to leave the club this summer with reports he is on the verge of heading to Zenit St Petersburg. And youngster Kabak could offer Klopp an ideal replacement with claims the Reds are already in talks with the Bundesliga club over a move.
It is said Schalke are demadning €35m (£31.8m) for the 20-year-old, who they snapped up for €15m (£13.5m) last summer from Stuttgart.
