A young girl who had to undergo a year of gruelling treatment for a rare form of cancer coughed up part of her tumour as her family described it as "like something out of a horror movie".
Four-year-old Isabellah Owen has been hailed as a "little warrior" by her parents after she was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour when she started snoring and developed bad breath last year.
Amy and Rob Owen initially thought their daughter had a cold or hay fever but their world was soon turned upside down when doctors discovered a rare tumour in her nasal pharynx, which runs behind the nose to the throat.
Little Isabellah immediately started a traumatic year of treatment due to the tumour being inoperable, and even coughed up half her tumour during this, Teeside Live reports.
