The 28-year-old singer was in Waitrose in Sunningdale when she says a "random male customer" began verbally abusing her for no reason.
The star, who recently got engaged to footballer beau Andre Gray, says she was shocked by the actions of the stranger, who was dealt with by staff who stepped in to help her.
Taking to Twitter on her band's account, she wrote: "So yesterday I was involved in an altercation where I was verbally abused by a random male customer for no reason. "I was left in shock and completely taken back that someone could be so rude to someone for no reason.
