Since appearing on the X Factor, girlband Little Mix have become one of the most successful bands of the decade. Their success on the music show in 2011 quickly propelled them to stardom - and even after bandmate Jesy Nelson's departure in December, they are set to continue their ever popular ways.
Now, they have explained the linchpin to their success. Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards revealed that they have never let anyone take the lead in the group despite bosses trying to make them do so.
