Pop band Little Mix has broken down in tears as they performed their final gig before taking a well earned hiatus. Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall went out on a high on Saturday evening as the girls performed their penultimate gig at London’s O2 Arena.
Appearing on stage to the backdrop of explosive rainbow fireworks and toe-tapping music, the crowd could be heard cheering with glee as the girls performed a set of their smash hit songs Shout Out To My Ex, Heartbreak Anthem and Break Up Song.The hyped up vibe continued well into the show’s second set, Secret Love Song Part II, which saw the entire arena illuminated by glowing smartphones swaying in time to the lyrics of the much loved tracks.

As reported by The Sun, appearing alongside Leigh-Anne and Perrie on an elevated platform, Jade told the audience: “We’ve laughed together, cried together.” “We have got each other through some of the darkest times of our lives, and created some of the most amazing memories, and we love each other so much.” Interjecting to offer her own thoughts, a tearful Perrie then said: “I need to contain myself because this is going to be, like, a really ugly cry!
