Little Mix band members are all reportedly planning solo careers once their latest tour finishes in the spring raising real doubts about the future of the group.
Sources close to the group say the girls have been negotiating their own management and recording deals as they each make their own plans for the future.
It is not yet known if the split spells the end for the band or they will simply put Little Mix on hold while they try out new things.
The current band members Leigh-Anne Pinnock,30, Perrie Edwards, 28, and Jade Thirlwall, 28, are all looking to go their own way.
