Alvvays will return with their first album in five years next month when they drop Blue Rev. We have already heard "Pharmacist" and "Easy On Your Own?" from the record, out October 7, and today come two more songs. "Belinda Says" features a nod to Belinda Carlisle and her 1987 hit "Heaven Is A Place On Earth" while "Very Online Guy" pokes fun at reply guys everywhere.
In a statement that band says: "Two new lambs for the cultural volcano! One more sweet slurp of alcopop dedicated to the girls wiping tables called ‘Belinda Says’ and the dial-up electronic dream ‘Very Online Guy.’ We directed a mosaic-mode vid for ‘V.O.G’.
