thefader.comBig Red Machine and Taylor Swift have shared new song "Renegade." Big Red Machine is the collaborative project of Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and Aaron Dessner of The National.
Both artists contributed to Swift's 2020 album folklore. "Renegade" will appear on Big Red Machine's How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Last?, due August 27 via Jagjaguwar/37d03d.
How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Last? is the follow-up to Big Red Machine's self-titled 2018 debut. Swift appears on two of the album's tracks, "Renegade" and "Birch." A press release states that she recorded her vocals at her own Kitty Committee Studio in Los Angeles in March 2021, the same week folklore was named Album of the Year at the 2021 Grammy Awards.
