This Morning's resisident style guru Lisa Snowdon gave us serious workout outfit inspiration on yesterday's fashion segment.The 51-year-old presenter took to our screens to showcase the best activewear buys for January, and she certainly looked the part.

Proving that activewear comes in all shapes and forms (nope, you don't have to reach for the figure-hugging lycra), Lisa wore a comfy, yet flattering look, which included a chic pair of Karen Millen trousers, available here.
