Lisa and George had been planning the most romantic big day, but now the former I'm A Celebrity star is heartbroken as she recovers from COVID-19 symptoms herself.
Speaking to New Magazine about her disappointment, Lisa admitted that herself and her love are "going with the flow" from now on in terms of planning their future together.
