Line of Duty star frustrated to see Peaky Blinders role halted by coronavirus

The 46-year-old actor played D.S. John Corbett in the fifth season of the BBC’s hugely popular cop drama Line of Duty in 2019 and is thrilled to be joining the cast of Peaky Blinders’ sixth season.
However, there has been a spanner thrown in the works of getting involved in the period crime drama in the form of the coronavirus pandemic which shut down filming before Stephen had a chance to get to set.
Speaking to The Sun, the actor explained his frustrations that months of planning and negotiations have been derailed by the current global pandemic.
