Line of Duty's Vicky McClure gets married in lavish ceremony
dailyrecord.co.ukVicky McClure tied the knot with her fiance Jonny Owen in a lavish ceremony surrounded by her famous co-stars.The Line of Duty star, 40 - who got engaged on Christmas Day in 2017 - was joined by Martin Compston, Adrian Dunbar, and writer Jed Mercurio as well as Thomas Turgoose, Rob Page, Sean Dyche, and Paddy McGuinness.
The couple kept their nuptials under wraps but after the ceremony at the Council House in Nottingham, Vicky and Jonny announced their union on BBC Wales with Jonny's daughter Katie Owen.Katie attended the ceremony but had to miss the reception as she was broadcasting live on Radio Wales yesterday evening.
After getting back to Wales, Katie invited her dad and step-mum on their airwaves to announce their happy news.Introducing the newlyweds, Vicky said: "We’re married!"She continued: "We’ve had the most amazing special day and we’re gutted you had to go back but we’re so proud of you.
You’re missing lots of dancing but we can do that again."Vicky took to social media to share snaps from the big day where she looked stunning in a white off-the-shoulder gown holding a bouquet of wedding flowers.In another snap, the happy coupled beamed while they danced together with the Dementia Choir singing in the background.
