Line of Duty's nervous Martin Compston hopes show finale is 'ending fans deserve'

mirror.co.ukNervous Line of Duty star Martin Compston has taken to Twitter to reveal he is pacing his room ahead of Sunday's Line of Duty series finale.
The actor, who plays DS Steve Arnott, appeared to confirm this is the end for the much-loved police drama, with no official word as to whether there will be a series seven.
But Martin said he hoped fans of the show feel the ending is fitting and satisfactory, with many desperate to see H unmasked.
He wrote: "Done about 40 laps of this flat in the last hour. Excitement, anxiety and terror are a lethal combination. Phone going off for the evening, hopefully we deliver an ending you all deserve".
