Lily James is officially a blonde again! After a good few years as a brunette, the star has had a trip to the salon and returned to the buttery shade that was once her signature.Taking to Instagram Stories to give her 3.4 million followers a look inside the makeover process, the 33 year old initially shared a selfie of the “before” brunette look alongside her hairdresser John MacPherson – who also looks after the famous tresses of Billie Piper, Vanessa Kirby and Christina Ricci. “@johnmacphersonhair means business,” she captioned the snap.

Lily then proceeded to unveil her newly coloured blonde mane in a few more Stories posts, writing, “Hair miracle!” of her transformation, which now looks incredibly healthy and glossy with a mirror-like shine to her brighter strands.

Not only that, but we’re also kind of getting Mamma Mia vibes now that she looks like her character, young Donna Sheridan, from the hit movie’s sequel.
