The 34-year-old, who admitted she drank “a bottle of Grey Goose a day” when her dependency on booze was at its highest, posed in a sports bra and leggings on Instagram as she celebrated her achievements.
She captioned the snap: “Nine months sober today. And the beginning of an ab is appearing. “Very pleased. Still can’t make my bed though.” Allen has never shied away from speaking about using drink and drugs during difficult periods, most recently documenting her struggles on her fourth studio album No Shame and in her frank autobiography My Thoughts Exactly – both released in 2018.
