Librarian has worst nightmare after cleaner's well-intentioned book blunder

We all know how annoying it can be when you visit the library to choose a book and can't find it because somebody has put it back in the wrong place.

Well, spare a thought for one unlucky librarian who couldn't believe her eyes when she arrived at work this week. She discovered cleaners had carried out a deep clean of the book shelves and then reorganised books by size instead of genre/alphabetical order.

Kate Ashton, manager of Newmarket Library, in Suffolk, has told of her shock after walking in to discover the mishap. Her colleague Krystal Vittles went viral on Twitter after sharing the hilarious mistake, with over 32,000 likes.
