Liam Payne delighted fans by sharing a shirtless picture on social media from his late night workout session as he showed off his new cupping bruises.

In the snap, the former One Direction singer is posing in front of a mirror wearing only a pair of grey shorts as he revealed he was in the gym to hit the weights. “Late night lift ft cupping,” he wrote alongside an arrow which pointed to the bruises on his chest. “And tiny socks,” Liam joked, with another arrow drawn towards his little white trainer socks.

The Strip That Down hitmaker had a number of red circular marks plastered across his chest from the therapeutic treatment, which involves smalls cups being placed on the skin to create suction.
