Liam Payne has told that becoming a dad has made him see how important education is. The One Direction star, 26, who is father to a son named Bear, three, with ex Cheryl, is taking part in a series of online learning videos to help with homeschooling amid the coronavirus pandemic in collaboration with the BBC Bitesize.

And he has revealed his reasoning to getting involved with the project - that is supposed to help children learn about song writing - is because he understands the struggle with keeping kids "engaged while at home."
