Liam Payne Explains Why He Hasn't Seen His Son Bear Much Lately

Liam Payne is opening up about the difficulties he’s faced with raising his son Bear during the pandemic.

The 27-year-old singer and former One Direction star is co-parenting with his ex-partner Cheryl Cole, whom he split from back in July 2018. Liam went on Instagram Live this week and talked about how he visited his son that day. “I went and saw Bear today we had a little hangout which was nice as I hadn’t seen him in a couple of weeks,” Liam told his fans. “It’s hard with the COVID thing as I have to make sure I’m negative before I go over and see him so it’s having to wait that couple of days before you can test so… He’s only up the street and it’s dead complicated but he’s gotten so big, huge.” The UK is currently on a lockdown due to
