Liam Gallagher has responded to comments made by Sex Pistols’ Glen Matlock, in which he called Oasis “boring”.The bassist – who has also worked alongside Blondie and Iggy Pop, and has been hitting the road with Frank Carter in recent months – spoke to NME earlier this month, as he is currently touring the UK to promote his 2023 solo album ‘Consequences Coming’.As well as discussing his time in Sex Pistols, thoughts on Trump’s re-election as US President, and Danny Boyle’s “cheesy” Pistol TV biopic, he also opened up about his thoughts on the massive news of an Oasis reunion.Discussing how he perceived the fans’ reaction to the news of a comeback tour, he told NME: “I’ve always seen Oasis as a bit Status Quo. [With Quo], to hear one song once was enough.
It’s a bit like that with Oasis: to hear one song once is enough. I just find them kind of samey.”He continued: “I know the guys.
