Oasis star Liam Gallagher has secured his fifth solo number one album with Knebworth 22. The album is a live recording from his gigs at Knebworth Park in Hertfordshire in June last year.
The album is his fifth solo LP to take the number one spot, following As You Were (2017), Why Me? Why Not (2019), MTV Unplugged (2020) and C’mon You Know (2022).
It also means he now has more solo number-one albums than his brother Noel, who has four chart-topping albums through his band Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.
Speaking to the Official Charts Company, Liam, 50, said: “This number one album is for all the fans who made Knebworth happen.
