Lewis Hamilton, who suffered a poor performance during the Australian Grand Prix qualifying round, has pointed to wind conditions as a reason for his underperformance.
Hamilton seemed confused at his inability to perform well during the final qualifying round despite a strong practice session earlier on.
Expressing his disappointment about his car's inconsistency, the Mercedes star stated: "It felt great in FP3 and it was strange because we were right there with those guys and we didn't really understand why.
But then in qualifying... the inconsistency in the car really messes with the mind."Hamilton gave credit to his teammate George Russell.
