Lewis Capaldi records iconic 90s song featuring Noel Gallager in nod to chart topper at time of his birth

Lewis Capaldi has recorded a version of 'Setting Sun' by The Chemical Brothers and Noel Gallagher, as that was top of the charts the day he was born on October 7, 1996.

Along with YouTube Originals, Lewis made a short twenty minute 'Birthday Song' documentary about the influence music has had on his life since he was a baby and his journey to become the star he is today.

The short film also features Lewis' brothers Aidan and Warren as they talk about growing up in Glasgow and moving on to Whitburn when Lewis was five but also revealed that Lewis was not meant to be born at all as his dad was supposed to have a vasectomy.Speaking during the episode, Lewis said: "Everyone was sad on my birthday.
