Lewis asked her how she could be so ruthless, and said: "He may dump you!" And Lewis wasn't best pleased when the fan revealed that her partner Tom had missed the gig because he was not a fan of Capaldi's music, writes Birmingham Live.Lewis then got the crowd to chant 'f*** you Tom' in unison.
The insult rang around the packed-out arena, leaving the woman in hysterics as she filmed their interaction.The 26-year-old then added: "If anyone sees Tom...let him know I'm looking for him."Lewis will be on tour until March, which is ending in Munich.
He will then be playing a massive outdoor show in Edinburgh's Royal Highland Showgrounds, which was only recently announced.
