Naman Ramachandran “Shoresy,” the Canadian television comedy series created by and starring Jared Keeso that debuted on Crave in 2022, is expanding into gaming.

The spinoff of the enormously popular “Letterkenny” series, which follows Keeso’s titular character joining the struggling Triple A-level Sudbury Bulldogs hockey team, will become “Shoresy: The NOSHO,” set to launch across major gaming platforms in 2025.

New Metric Media has partnered with indie developer Treewood Games to create an arcade-style hockey role-playing game. The game announcement follows the company’s successful “Shoresy Fall Classic” tour, which drew over 25,000 attendees across five North American venues.

During these events, which featured the show’s cast competing against NHL alumni teams, fans got an early preview of the upcoming title. “This game is the ultimate way for fans to immerse themselves in the world of ‘Shoresy.’ From the laughs to the hits, the fights to the goals, it’s all about capturing the over-the-top fun that has made ‘Shoresy’ a hit both on screen and on the ice,” said Mark Montefiore, New Metric Media’s founder and CEO.
