Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. The 56-year-old Tony Award-winning actor was actually a nominee once again at the ceremony, marking his fourth Tony nomination.
He was up for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play for his work in Doubt: A Parable, but the award went to Jeremy Strong.
Also in attendance at the Tonys were Liev‘s co-stars Amy Ryan, with husband Eric Slovin and daughter Georgia, and Quincy Tyler Bernstine, who are both nominated. Amy is nominated for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Play and Quincy was up for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play, but unfortunately lost out to Kara Young.
