Leigh Griffiths insists he’ll let his goals do the talking at Dundee as he’s got nothing to prove as a poacher. The hitman effectively brought the curtain down on his seven-and-a-half years at Celtic after moving on loan to the Dens Park side until the end of the season.
Griffiths – who is out of contract at Parkhead next summer – admitted he was thrilled to hook up with Dundee boss and old pal James McPake and he vowed to show he’s still one of the best finishers in the business.
But he stopped short of making too many predictions after being slammed by former boss Neil Lennon for previously claiming he will prove wrong.
