Jonny Evans has admitted he thought his chances of winning trophies were 'gone' after leaving Manchester United. Evans came through United's academy and made his debut under Sir Alex Ferguson.
The centre-back made just under 200 appearances for United before being sold to West Brom in 2015 and he left the club with won multiple major honours.
The Northern Irishman won three Premier League titles, two League Cups and the Champions League during his time spent in Manchester.
Evans has since added an FA Cup win to his cabinet after winning the competition with Leicester. However, Evans thought his chances of winning silverware after leaving United were slim, as he explained this week. "It is a really tough thing to come by, silverware," Evans admitted to The Times.
