Leeds are plotting an ambitious move for Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard if they win promotion to the Premier League. Boss Marcelo Bielsa has made a new frontman a priority this summer and Edouard, who has scored 28 goals in 45 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops, is high up on his list of targets.
Celtic do not want to lose the player as they chase ’10 in a row’. But that won’t stop Championship leaders Leeds testing the waters to see if they can tempt the player south of the border.
The 22-year-old French youth international has scored 61 goals at just under a goal a game since arriving in Glasgow from Paris Saint-Germain in 2018.
