Se uploaded a snap of herself posing in a bra and jogging bottoms that exposed her flat stomach and toned curves. After sharing the photo to her stories she was quizzed by fans asking how she managed to get back into great shape only a month after giving birth.
Lauryn - who shares her bundle of joy with footballer Kyle Walker - explained that she keeping fit has always been important to her and that she continued to work out during her pregnancy.
