metro.co.ukLauren Silverman was spotted enjoying a bike ride with her son Eric on the same day her partner, Simon Cowell, was rushed to hospital after falling off an electric bike. X Factor boss Simon, 60, was set to undergo surgery on Saturday evening after breaking his back during the accident, his reps confirmed.
Earlier in the day, his partner Lauren was pictured cycling in Malibu, California with her and Simon’s son Eric, six, trailing behind her with a helmet and face mask on.
Her 14-year-old son Adam, from a previous relationship, was also said to be with them. Lauren appeared to be in good spirits and smiled as she enjoyed the sunny afternoon cycle, obviously unable to predict Simon would suffer an accident later that day.
