Lauren Goodger has opened up about the suspected cause of her new-born daughter's tragic death after she passed away suddenly earlier this month.
Baby Lorena, who weighed 9lb, sadly died just minutes after arriving in the world, despite ten doctors' best efforts to save her, writes The Mirror.
Lauren, who is known mostly for her stint on The Only Way Is Essex, experienced a healthy pregnancy without any complications.Lauren, who is already mum one-year old Larose, was advised to remain at home after her waters broke on July 6, safe under the watchful eye of her midwife, Tamzin, who previously delivered their first child, who she shares with boyfriend Charles Drury.Two days later in a routine check, however, Tamzin couldn't detect Lorena's heartbeat and called an ambulance.
Lauren was transferred to the delivery suite at her local hospital, where after a quick two-hour labour, she delivered Lorena who was said to have a low heart rate.The 35-year old said the room suddenly began to fill with doctors, who proceeded to perform chest compressions on the tot and give her adrenaline.
