Lauren Goodger has once again given an insight into the reality of impending motherhood as she shared a graphic image of her eye while recounting her struggles on Instagram.

The 35 year old reality star shared the snap which featured her red and swollen eye as she lamented the struggle of having two painful styes and feeling far from her glamorous self while experiencing the late stages of her latest pregnancy.

The former TOWIE star is already a doting mum to daughter Larose, who is due to turn one next month, but with a second baby also due anytime now, things have been a little hectic for Lauren – not to mention painful. “When you now have 2x styles on 1 eye so sore and swollen.

I might moan how exhausted I am, but you have no idea…” wrote the star. She then continued: “It’s getting harder to hide it now.The 5ams no resting no napping no stopping it’s absolutely killing me..Larose is so active hardly naps and I am in so much pain with my pelvis and bone down there!” As a result of the pain, which is a common but debilitating condition that can occur during pregnancy as the body prepares for labour, Lauren went on to confess that she has barely been sleeping as it continues to make her so uncomfortable. “I don’t sleep properly due to being so uncomfortable due any minute!” She wrote. “I literally don’t know how I’ve got through all this, so run down, everything is hard work like little things I am struggling with I am so emotional but so happy with my babies.” Rounding off the post, Lauren explained that although it was uncomfortable, it was worth it for her children.
