Laura Anderson proudly showed off her postpartum body 12 days after welcoming her first child with Gary Lucy. The Scots Love Island star, 34, welcomed her baby girl Bonnie Rose with Gary, 41, earlier this month.

Laura took to social media to show off her postpartum figure to fans, as she posed in a bra and shorts on her Instagram Stories.Alongside the photo, she wrote: "I was just going to share this with my friends and family but who cares.

This is my post-partum body day 12. I actually feel alright today. (I swear it's the fake tan) I'm starting pelvic floor exercises tomorrow to bring the abdominal muscles back together but feel pretty good today."This comes after Laura opened up on her birth which she described as "mentally torturous" and "horrendous" after enduring complications during her labour.

She encouraged anyone giving birth to "not be a hero and get the epidural" admitting she waited until she was 9cm before caving in.Laura lost 1.6 litres of blood due to a haemorrhage following her daughter's birth and suffered a second-degree tear which required stitches."I felt like no one was taking me seriously because my contractions were coming like every minute and a half," Laura explained before admitting ex-partner Gary had to fill her in on a lot of the process as she couldn't remember most of it.She added: "When I got to 9cm I was just like f*** this s*** give me the epidural like I cannot do this.".
