Larry King has been moved out of the ICU while he continues to battle the novel coronavirus. A spokesperson for King‘s production company Ora Media told the Associated Press that the legendary TV anchor will remain in the hospital, but he is breathing on his own. King was moved to the ICU on New Year’s Eve and was on oxygen, but it’s great to hear that he is doing a little better right now.

The spokesperson told the AP that King had a video phone call with his three sons. King has a long history with health scares, so we’re hoping he will overcome this latest one.

He survived a heart attack in 1987, he beat both prostate cancer and lung cancer, and he had a near-fatal stroke in May 2019 after undergoing heart surgery just weeks earlier.
