A group of young men ignored lockdown rules to have a scrap on a busy Cardiff road. At around 6.30pm on Tuesday night the youths were caught on camera engaging in a fight as cars drove past.
An eyewitness to the brawl said two men had had their bikes stolen and retaliated, Wales Online reported. Vehicles driving past sounded their horns in a bid to stop them fighting just metres away from a police station.
A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said: "Officers attended a report of a disturbance in Clifton Street around 6.30pm on Tuesday night.
