A landlord is renting out a garden shed for £1,500 a month - branding the wooden cabin 'charming'. The so-called 'designer' cabin is being rented out in the North London area of Muswell Hill and has been described as offering an 'interesting layout'.

Advertised on property listing site Spareroom, the landlord states they want someone to move in by the end of the months. In a bid for occupants, the landlord says future tenants can "wake up to the smell of pine and bird singing".

The landlord goes on to suggest the shed could be shared between three people - splitting the rent £616 each way. In an advert for the garden shed, it describes the property as "well kept" and an outdoor decking, private entrance and is just a short bus journey away
