Lanarkshire scientist receives knighthood in Queen's Birthday Honours List

A Lanarkshire scientist says he is proud and humbled after receiving a knighthood in the Queen's Birthday Honours List. Bellshill -born David MacMillan has forged a stellar career in chemistry which led to him being awarded the 2021 Nobel Prize in the field.
