A Lanarkshire metal singer who finished last year picking up prestigious accolades is looking to make major moves in 2024.Rebekah Kirk, from Cambuslang, is the frontwoman for metalcore band Sixth Wonder - who recently won the Best Metal award at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards (SAMA) in December.Although the band technically started in 2021, last year was their first full year as a band after Rebekah and Nathan Kirkwood created it for a university project before picking up the current members Jen Bain, Sean Love and Dylan McVay.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
