A Lanarkshire local has turned her passion for dogs into a thriving business after she accessed start up support from Business Gateway.Newly qualified dog groomer, Anca Simtea, took the plunge to set up her own dog grooming service in the summer, launching The Groom Studio Cumbernauld in August.Anca, a former carer, qualified in Level 3 Dog Grooming and Salon Management from Beautipets Dog Grooming and School, allowing her to fulfil her dreams of opening a dog grooming studio.Specialising in dog care, The Groom Studio Cumbernauld provides one-to-one grooming services for its canine customers in a cage-free and relaxed environment, meaning Anca can give each pet the special treatment they deserve.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
