Lanarkshire chef to star in 'Masterchef: The Professionals'

A Lanarkshire chef will showcase his culinary skills on camera as he competes in the new series of Masterchef: The Professionals.William Rocks will appear in tonight’s opening episode as he aims to impress a panel comprising Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, new judge Anna Haugh, and Masterchef regular Gregg Wallace.Originally from Coatbridge, the 24-year-old is chef patron of Tigh an Truish at Clachan Seil near Oban and says he began cooking after being inspired at a young age by his mum.
