However, her latest Instagram post saw her fans left thinking she was pregnant on first glance. Lana, real name Elizabeth Grant, published an image of a woman in large sunglasses, a hat, black sportswear, and showing off a large baby bump.
On first glance, many assumed from the image that it was Lana herself who was expecting a child. One of her followers wrote in the comments section: "I THOUGHT U WAS PREG LMAO." Another replied to her post: "THE WAY I THOUGHT THAT WAS U AT FIRST
