Lady Louise Windsor, daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie of Wessex, wore a pretty floral dress to the Trooping the Colour parade, and it's one that she'd previously wore to another major royal event.
Lady Louise, 20, wore the Kumiko Iris Silk Dress X Rachel Levy by Suzannah London to the King's Coronation back in May 2023, and brought it out again for today's Trooping the Colour ceremony, pairing it with a bespoke hat by family favourite milliner Jane Taylor as she arrived at the event via carriage in the rain with her parents.
Made from 100% pure silk and featuring a high neck, cinched in waist and balloom-shaped sleeves, this Suzannah London dress is perfect for formal occasions such as these, and would make a great choice for summer weddings or garden parties too. "Lady Louise brought a touch of spring to today’s slightly wet ceremony and embraced sustainability by re-wearing her Suzannah London dress, previously worn to the King’s Coronation," says celebrity stylist and royal fashion expert Lynne McKenna. "She teamed it with her bespoke Una hat by milliner Jane Taylor." Lady Louise's dress is still available to buy, priced at £1,290 – but we've found some cheaper alternatives.
Hobbs' Maribella Silk Dress, £349, features a similar long, billowing sleeves and a pretty pastel-coloured floral print. Extra details include tiny buttons down the front and a tie-up waist, with shoppers saying it's a "perfect fit".
