Los Angeles Rams receiver Demarcus Robinson was robbed at gunpoint Friday at a Los Angeles hotel. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Robinson was robbed by two gunmen in the early morning hours of Friday.
Robinson gave the robbers more than $100,000 worth of jewelry, including an expensive watch. No arrests have been made. TMZ said Robinson is “said to now be doing OK despite the circumstances.” Robinson, 29, spent his first six seasons with the Chiefs after being a fourth-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.
Last year, he played with the Ravens, and he signed with the Rams this past offseason. He has appeared in five games for the Rams this season but has not had a catch.
