L.A.-based Joyce Wrice recruits Freddie Gibbs on “On One”

Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Joyce Wrice dropped the video for her new single "On One" alongside Freddie Gibbs on Thursday.

The track is set to appear on her upcoming debut studio album Overgrown, and its visuals find Wrice dancing and partying across L.A.

before eventually connecting with Gibbs for his verse on the track. “Working with Freddie was such an honor! I’ve been a fan of his for years so to have him on my album is crazy," Wrice said about the track. "I grew up listening to Mariah Carey and loved how she had rappers on her records so I wanted to do the same for this album.
