Kym Marsh thanks family for 'loving her' as they surprise her amid support for difficult 'first'

Kym Marsh shared an emotional thank you to her family for 'loving her' like they do as they pulled off a little surprise on what was a difficult weekend for the star.

The actress and presenter recently turned 48 but was away from home on the day itself. Kym is currently busy filming for Waterloo Road as well as rehearsing for her next big role, playing Disney's villainous icon Cruella De Vil.

She'll be bringing the famous character to the stage in a new musical set to tour the country with Kym and Steps star Faye Tozer sharing the main role.

The musical will embark on a UK and Ireland tour, launching at the New Wimbledon Theatre later this month on Sunday, June 22, and it will come to Manchester's Palace Theatre for 11 dates between July 30 and August 10, with Kym in the lead role.
