ok.co.ukI was stunned to see the photos of Adele on her birthday last week. She looked incredible and really happy. I know some people have been shocked by her weight loss and some have even criticised it, insisting we don’t know whether she did it healthily or not as she’s not commented on it.
Adele has lost a considerable amount of weight but that doesn’t necessarily mean she’s done it rapidly. She seems like she’s been doing it slowly over time.
Her body is her body so it’s up to her whether she wants to tell people how she’s done it. As long as she’s happier, that’s all that matters.
With weight, you sometimes can’t do right for doing wrong. Whether you’re bigger or smaller, someone always has something to say.
