Strictly Come Dancing contestant Kym Marsh reportedly feared she'd vomit live on air during Saturday night's show after suffering from 'crippling' nausea and dizziness symptoms during rehearsals.

The former Coronation Street actress, who is partnered with Italian professional Graziano Di Prima, performed a Viennese Waltz, which involves a significant amount of spinning.

That, coupled with the 46-year old's visual vertigo, led to an uneasy night as the pair danced to 'Runaway' by The Corrs. Kym suffers from the condition after developing an issue with her inner ear, and it can be stimulated by movements and flashing lights.

A show source told the Sun : "Kym has struggled with nausea and dizziness all week, and at times she has felt really horrendous, though she has tried to play it down. "The Viennese Waltz involves a huge amount of spinning and there is no way around that - so she has just had to battle through it.
